The implementation of an IT system based on uniform data enables the employees of 57 Senior Citizens, Nursery and Youth Homes to carry out quick and meaninful evaluations and intervene precisely and in a timely manner into the controlling of the Homes.
The system comprises approximately 3.800 users from different professional groups and Homes all over Lower Austria. In alignment with the customer a service concept has been developed which is adjusted to specific user requirements and to the noeHIT system environment and which offers best possible support of all employees. In this case our systema service center does not only provide 1st level support and coordinates 2nd and 3rd level inquiries both internally and with our partners but it also takes over parts of our customers's management tasks. Besides its regular availability during working days, ssc also implemented a stand-by concept for best possible customer support.
